Design & Planning
Now we get into the details. Where’s the property? What are we building? How are you financing the project? This is the phase where design, logistics, and budget start to come together.
Step 3
Estimation, Proposal
& Building Agreement
You’ll get a clear breakdown of the numbers, scope, and timeline. Once we’ve agreed on the plan, we’ll sign the building contract and get rolling.
Step 4
Construction
We’ll introduce your project manager, secure permits, and start building your home. You’ll stay informed at every stage, so you always know what’s happening on-site.
Step 5
Project Completion
It’s time for the final walkthrough. We’ll review every detail with you, handle inspections, and take care of any remaining punch-list items to make sure everything meets your expectations.
Step 6
Ongoing Support
Even after you move in, we’re here. Whether it’s routine maintenance, answering questions about your home, or providing extended services, we’re just a call away.
